From licensing workflows to liquidity bridges and platform operations, The Trade Ops builds the systems behind controlled trading businesses.

Most engagements begin with one of these.

These are the operational situations we are called to address most often. If any of these match your current reality, that is where we would start.

FAQ

Direct answers before you contact us.

The Trade Ops is an operational consultancy. We are intentionally narrow about scope and fit.

Do you work with early-stage founders?

Yes. We help founders define launch architecture, vendor requirements, platform path, licensing workflow, and operational readiness — whether you are six months from launch or six weeks.

Can you review an existing trading operation?

Yes. Existing firms engage us to assess liquidity, execution, platform operations, risk controls, back-office workflows, and governance routines.

How are engagements priced?

Engagements are scoped and priced per project. We define scope, timeline, and cost before any commitment is required. There are no ongoing retainer obligations unless agreed separately.

Do you provide legal or investment advice?

No. We provide operational consulting and infrastructure support. Legal, regulatory, tax, and investment advice should come from qualified advisors.

What happens after an inquiry?

We review the context, assess fit, and respond within one to two business days with a specific scope recommendation or next step — not a generic follow-up. If the request is outside our scope, we say so directly.
